Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Sáyẹ́ǹsì ti Nàìjíríà (Nigeria Prize for Science) jẹ́ àmì-ẹ̀yẹ sáyẹ́ǹsì tí wọ́n ń fúnni lọ́dọọdún láti ọdún 2004 fún iṣẹ́ títayọ nínú àwọn àṣeyọrí sáyẹ́ǹsì.
