@Agbalagba: Sorry, I can't write in Yoruba.
Do you mean that you think these minimal asteroid articles are useless? I agree; on English Wikipedia, if all we wrote in an article was "12979 Evgalvasilʹev is a minor planet in the asteroid belt", then it would be replaced with a redirect to a list of asteroids. In fact, if you follow the interwiki link of this article to WP-en, you'll see exactly that.
As for me, all I did was correct the name. (Explanation: the <ʹ> is not an apostrophe [a punctuation mark], but rather the Cyrillic letter <ь>. The international scholarly convention is to render that with <ʹ>.) I could not move the article (this title is forbidden), so I created a new one.
Meanwhile there are maybe another 20 articles with the same error. I'll continue working on them, but I have no objection to these and similar articles being converted into redirects. Anyway, my contribution so far is 12 articles, not "thousands". Kwamikagami (ọ̀rọ̀) 18:53, 12 Oṣù Kejìlá 2022 (UTC)[ìdáhùn]
