Basher (Bashar) Isah jẹ olóṣèlú ọmọ orílè-èdè Nàìjíríà. o jẹ ọmọ ilé igbimọ aṣòfin àgbà tinsójú ẹkùn ìdìbò Argungu/Augie. Wọn bí ní ọdún 1958, o jẹ ọmọ bíbí ìpínlè Kebbi. O rọ́pò Uthman Munir wọn tún dibo yàn sì ilé igbimọ aṣòfin àgbà nínu ètò ìdìbò gbogbo gbo ọdún 2019 lábé ẹgbẹ òṣèlú All Progressives Congress (APC).[1][2]
