Hi Doc James,
The above article was translated from Anaphylaxis by Abiodun Adeleye. I want to let you know that no Yoruba speaker can identify Anafilasisi as Anaphylaxis. The title doesn't make sense because there is no Yoruba name for Anaphylaxis. Honestly, the article needs serious work. The use of diacritical marks are very important in yoruba lannguage. For example, In Yoruba language, Igba means 200 in English, ìgbá means Garden egg in English, ìgbà means Time in English and Igbá means Calabash in English. Now, if an editor is writing about "Time" and he writes Igba, this is misleading. If such written styles continues then the entire article will make little or no sense and such contributions is net negative. I think it would be a good idea to remind the translators about diacritical marks. All the best. Wikicology (ọ̀rọ̀) 20:11, 30 Oṣù Kẹfà 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. We will provide this to the translator in question. James Heilman, MD (talk · contribs · email)(please leave replies on my talk page) 05:35, 1 Oṣù Keje 2016 (UTC)
Hi Doc James,
I translated the above article today from en:wiki. I really need to fix the infobox but I am not very good in template design. Can we get someone from Wikiproject Medicine to assist with this? Thank you. Wikicology (ọ̀rọ̀) 10:10, 7 Oṣù Keje 2016 (UTC)
