A portion of Along the River During Qingming Festival (see the entire painting, which is over 1 m / 3.3 ft. wide), a 12th century painting attributed to Zhang Zeduan. The painting captures the daily life of people from the Song Dynasty at the capital, today's Kaifeng. This excerpt actually comes from the 1736 remake of the original.
