The Glossy Ibis (Plegadis falcinellus) is a migratory wading bird in the ibis family Threskiornithidae. It is the most widespread ibis species and can be found in warm regions of Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Atlantic and Caribbean region of the Americas.
