I can't speak in Yoruba... Do you know when the request finish and is necesary a voting requirements/requisites? When finish the candidacy, you can request admin access at m:Steward requests/Permissions#Administrator access, there is no local bureaucrats on yowiki to grant the admin rights. Regards.
