Emotan
Emotan (15th century) jẹ́ obìnrin olọ́jà tí ó ná Ọjà Oba ní ayé àtijó ní Benin nígbà ìṣàkóso Oba Uwaifiokun àti Omoba Ogun, ẹni tí ó sọ ara rẹ̀ ní "Oba Ewuare the Great" lẹ́yìn tí ó di Oba of Benin.[1][2][3] Òun ni ó bẹ̀rẹ̀ day care centre ní Ìlú Benin; Ìtàn àtenudẹ́nu sọ wípé ó ran Oba Ewuare lọ́wọ́ ní gbígba ìjọba Benin lẹ́yìn ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ọdún tí ó ti wà níta ìlú.[4]
