{{seeds}} is a template which can be used in the seeds section of tennis draw articles like User:PrimeHunter/sandbox4#Seeds. It is being discussed at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Tennis#Links from seeds to draw sections. The template makes links from the seed of players to their section in the draw. The template assumes the sections are named Section 1, Section 2 and so on.

Usage

{{seeds|seed number|section number}}

For example {{seeds|2|8}} if the number 2 seed is in section 8. If section number is omitted then the seed is written without a link.

The below code, adjusted to the number of seeds, can be copied when creating a seeds section. When the draw is made, add the section numbers and remove the comments from <!--{{Seeds explanation}}-->.
