- Thanks for this observation, but before I created mine, I searched the Yorùbá Wikipedia and couldn't find a match before I went ahead. Looking further at the former you just pointed at, I realized there was no translation done at all it was just a copy-paste article apart from the Infobox.
- Juxtapose the two articles and help delete anyone you deem fit. But honestly I didn't see the other one after searching before I created the last one. Macdanpets 16:55, 16 Oṣù Kínní 2020 (UTC)
- What you describe is a MERGE of the two pages. I respectfully suggest this be done by a speaker of Yoruba. Also, I have
no experienceonly basic familiarity with this process, particularly:- Which is the suitable page name?
- What happens to the edit history of the "retired" page?
- Let's consult with the active administrator T Cells. I also will explain how to search for existing pages, but will do this on your User talk page a little later. -- Deborahjay (ọ̀rọ̀) 17:09, 16 Oṣù Kínní 2020 (UTC)
- This is a very good observation User:Deborahjay. As Mac correctly pointed out, the version by Demmy appears to be copied from en:Wiki without translation but the table is well formatted. I have merged the two pages and redirected Àtòjọ Orúkọ Àwọn Ààrẹ Orílẹ̀-èdè Amẹ́ríkà to Àtòjọ àwọn Ààrẹ orílẹ̀-èdè Amẹ́ríkà because the table in Àtòjọ àwọn Ààrẹ orílẹ̀-èdè Amẹ́ríkà is well formatted and the title is correct. I just copy the contents from the later to it and redirected the page. Although, the correct title should be "Àtòjọ àwọn ààrẹ orílẹ̀-èdè Amẹ́ríkà per w:Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters#Titles of people. The same rule applies in Yoruba language. Regards.
