Betty Jocelyne Okagua - Apiafi(ti a bi ní 19 January 1962) jẹ onimọ-ọrọ-aje, olukorede àti òtòkùlú olósèlú ní Nàìjirià. Apiafi wà lara àwon Senato Nàìjirià, óún se asoju Rivers West Senatorial District. [1] O tun se aṣoju fun Abua/Odual-Ahoada East Federal Constituency ní ilé igbimo asofin kekere(house of Representatives) ti Ipinle Rivers ni 2007. O jẹ ọmọ ẹgbẹ oselu People’s  Party Democratic (PDP).
