Khlea tàbí khlii jẹ́ ẹran tí a ṣe lọ́jọ̀, tí a sábàá máa ń ṣe pẹ̀lú ẹran òrúkọ tàbí ti ọ̀yà, tí ó wá láti Morocco[1] àti Algeria.[2][3] Khlea di ṣíṣe nípa gígé ẹran sí tẹ́ẹ́rẹ́ gígùn kí á sì jẹ́ kí ó gbẹ nínú oòrùn lẹ́yìn tí a bá ti fi garlic, coriander àti cumin sí. [4] Ẹran náà máa ń di ṣíṣè pẹ̀lú àpapọ̀ omi, òróró àti ọ̀rá ẹranko.[5] Lẹ́yìn tí ó bá tutù tán, ẹran náà máa ń ní ọ̀rá síi èyí tí a máa ń fi sílẹ̀ láti gbẹ. Khlea lè di ṣíṣe lọ́jọ̀ fún nǹkan bí ọdún méjì nínú yàrá ìgbooru.[6]
