Dókítà Olatise Olalekan  jẹ́ oníṣègùn àti onímọ̀ sáyẹ́ǹsì láti orílẹ̀-èdè Nàìjíríà[[2][3][4][5]. O jẹ oludasile ti Zenith Medical ati Kidney Centre ni Abuja, Nigeria[6][7][8][9][10][11].

Ojo kerindinlogbon osu keje odun 1971 ni won bi Dokita Olatise Olalekan ni ilu Eko ni Naijiria. O lepa Apon ti Oogun ati Apon ti Iṣẹ abẹ (MBBS) lati Ile-ẹkọ giga ti Jos ni Oṣu kejila ọdun 1998[12].

O bẹrẹ iṣẹ rẹ ni Ile-iwosan ologun ni Yaba, Lagos ni ọdun 2000[13]. O darapọ mọ Ile-iwosan Olukọni ti Ile-ẹkọ giga ti Jos gẹgẹbi Onisegun olugbe ni 2003.
