Olatokunbo Arinola Somolu (ọjọ́-ìbí 1950) jẹ́ Nigerian Structural Engineer. Ó jẹ́ obìnrin Nàìjíríà àkọkọ́ láti gba PhD ní ààyè imọ-ẹrọ èyíkéyìí. [1] [2]

Ó gba ètò-ẹ̀kọ́ alakọbẹrẹ ní Anglican Girls' School, Lagos, àti ilé-ìwé girama ní Queen's College, Lagos. Ó kàwé Civil Engineering ní Yunifasiti ti Lagos, ó parí òkè tí kílásì rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú B.Sc. ní 1973. Ní ọdún 1978 ó gbà PhD rẹ̀ ní Civil Engineering (Structures). [3]
Iṣẹ́ rẹ̀
[àtúnṣe | àtúnṣe àmìọ̀rọ̀]Somolu di akẹ́kọ̀ọ́ Engineer pẹ̀lú Sokoto Waterworks ní 1973. Ó kọ ẹ̀kọ́ ní Yaba College of Technology láti ọdún 1977 sí 1982. Ní ọdún 1982 ó darapọ̀ mọ́ Nigerian Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) gẹ́gẹ́ bí Olùrànlọ́wọ́ Olóyè Abele Engineer. Ní ọdún 2005 ó di obìnrin àkọ́kọ́ láti ṣe olórí Engineering and Technology division ti NNPC gẹ́gẹ́ bí Alàkóso Gbogbogbò Ẹgbẹ́. Ọdún 2009 ló fẹ̀hìntì.[3]
Ní ọdún 2007 Somolu ni a gbé wọlé sí Hall of Fame Women Nigerian.[3] Ní ọdún 2017 ó jẹ́ ọlá fún àṣeyọrí alámọ̀dájú aṣáájú-ọnà rẹ̀ nípasẹ̀ Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria (PEFON).[1] [2] Arábìnrin náà jẹ́ ẹlẹ́gbẹ́ tí ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ àwọn ẹgbẹ́ alámọ̀dájú bíi Nigerian Academy of Engineering, Nigerian Society of Engineering ati Nigerian Institute of management(NIM).
