Rose Francine Rogombé (née Etomba) (ọjọ́ ogún oṣù kẹsàn-án ọdún 1942 – ọjọ́ Kẹ̀wá oṣù kẹrin ọdún 2015) jẹ́ olóṣèlú ọmọ orílẹ̀ ède Gabon politician àti adilémú fún ipò Ààrẹ láti oṣù kẹfà ọdún 2009 di oṣù kẹsàn-án ọdún 2009, lẹ́yìn ikú Ààrẹ Omar Bongo. Ó rọ́pò Ààrẹ nítorí pé òun ló jẹ́ Ààrẹ ilé ìgbìmọ̀ asofin nígbà tí Omar fi ayé sílẹ̀,[2] a yàn sí ipò Ààrẹ ilé ìgbìmọ̀ asofin ní oṣù kejì ọdún 2009.[3] Rose jẹ́ agbejọ́rò àti ọmọ ẹgbẹ́, ó sì jẹ́ ọmọ ẹgbẹ́ Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG).[4] Rogombé jẹ́ obìnrin àkọ́kọ́ láti di adarí orílẹ̀ ède Gabon. Lẹ́yìn ìgbà tí ìjọba rẹ̀ gẹ́gẹ́ bí Ààrẹ orílẹ̀ ède Gabon wá sópin, ó padà sípò rẹ̀ gẹ́gẹ́ bí Ààrẹ ilé ìgbìmọ̀ asofin Gabon.[5][6]
