Akori odun naa ni '505050JAZZ Lagos@50', akori naa ni a sapejuwe bi 50 olorin ti n se 50 orin Eko ni Lagos @ 50, iṣẹlẹ ti o jẹ apejọpọ si Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM), lori 30 Oṣu Kẹrin, Ọjọ Jazz Kariaye ṣe ayẹyẹ agbaye. Ati pe ayẹyẹ naa waye ni ọgba iṣere Ominira

Ayeye odun 2018 lo se ayeye odun mewaa ti Lagos Jazz fest eleyii ti won se pelu ola Oloogbe Hugh Masekela, ayeye naa ni awon olorin jazz nla ti se pelu Saxophonist bii Mike Aremu .

Atẹjade ọdun 2019 jẹ iyasọtọ si Oliver Mtukudzi, aami jazz Afirika kan ti o ku ni ọjọ ketalelogun Oṣu Kini ọdun 2019. O jẹ akọrin ara ilu Zimbabwe, oniṣowo, oninuure, ajafitafita ẹtọ eniyan, ati Aṣoju Ifẹ-rere UNICEF fun Ẹkun Gusu Afirika, ti a mọ si “Tuku.”
