Beni Lar (tí a bí ní ọjọ́ Kejìlá oṣù kẹjọ ọdun 1967) jẹ́ olóṣèlú ọmọ ẹgbẹ́ People's Democratic Party láti Ìpínlẹ̀ Plateau, Nàìjíríà. Ó jẹ́ asojú ìkọ̀ Langtang North àti Langtang South ti Ìpínlẹ̀ Plateau ní ilé ìgbìmò asofin kékeré.[1] A kọ́kọ́ yán sí ipò náà ní 2007, wọ́n sì tún dìbò yán ni ọdun 2019 fún sáà kẹrin ní ipò náà.[2]

Òun ni ọmọbìnrin àkọ́kọ́ Solomon Lar, Gómínà ìpínlẹ̀ Plateau tẹ́lẹ̀rí àti ọ̀jọ̀gbọ́n Mary Lar. Beni wípé,

“Bàbá mi kọ́ mi pé kò sí ìyàtọ̀ láàrin ọmọkùnrin àti ọmọbìnrin. Ó kó mi láti jẹ́ onísẹ́ takuntakun; nítorí náà, mo gbìyànjú láti jẹ́ agbẹjọ́rò bi bàbá mi."[3]

Ó gba àwọn ọmọ Nàìjíríà níyànjú láti má gbàgbé isẹ́ takuntakun tí bàbá rẹ̀ se láti mú ìsokan, àlàáfíà àti ìfẹ́ wà, ó ní pe àwọn nkan yìí jẹ́ àwọn ǹkan tí ó se pàtàkì láti mú kí Nàìjíríà tẹ̀ síwájú.[4]

Ní ọdun 2007, a dìbò yán sí ilé ìgbìmò aṣòfin kékeré.[5] Ní ọdun 2008, ilé ìgbìmò asòfin yàn gẹ́gẹ́ bi alága ilé ìgbìmọ̀ aṣòfin kékeré lórí ọ̀rọ̀ obìnrin.[6]Títí di Oṣù Keje 2014, ó jẹ́ asojú Ikọ̀ Langtang North àti South. Ó tún jẹ́ Alága ilé ìgbìmò aṣòfin lórí ọ̀rọ̀ ẹ̀tọ́ ènìyàn.[7][8]

Ó fọwọ́ sí fífi owó ran ààjọ National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) lọ́wọ́,[9] fífi owó líle òfin mú àwọn tí ó ń bá ọmọdé ṣe ǹkan àìtó[10] àti dídá ààjọ National Child Protection and Enforcement Agency kalẹ̀.[11]
