Uyo ni olú-ìlú Ìpínlẹ̀ Akwa Ibom ní Guusu Nàìjíríà. Ibibio ni èdè tí wón sọ ní ìlú Uyo.[1][2] Uyo di olú-ìlú Ìpínlẹ̀ Akwa Ibom ní ọjọ́ ketalelogun oṣù kẹsàn(Sept 23), ọdún 1987 nígbà tí Akwa Ibom yapa kúrò lára Ìpínlẹ̀ Cross River.
